How fast is "48-hour turnaround" really?
From script approval to delivery: 48 hours. The brief-to-script step takes us 24 hours separately. So if you send the brief Monday morning, you have an approved script Tuesday morning and finished video by Thursday morning. Faster turnaround is possible for retainer clients.
Which languages are supported?
English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, and Arabic at production-grade quality. Other languages (Vietnamese, Thai, Tagalog) on request — we may need to test the voice quality first.
Whose avatar appears in my video — yours, mine, or stock?
Your choice. Most clients use a stock HeyGen avatar that matches the audience (we have ~200 to pick from). Premium clients (+$300) train a custom avatar of their own instructor or brand spokesperson. Some use my avatar with permission as a "guest expert" voice.
Who writes the script?
I do, in your brand voice, using your inputs. Or you supply the script and I produce. Either way, you approve the script before production starts — no surprises.
What if I want changes after delivery?
2 revision rounds are included in every package. Additional revisions are $100 each. Most clients use 0-1 revisions because the script-approval step catches misunderstandings before production.
Will this work in our LMS — Cornerstone, Workday, Moodle, etc.?
Yes. Every course we produce exports as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 packages — the LMS interchange standard. Drop the .zip into your LMS, course imports with completion tracking, quiz scoring, and reporting intact. Tested with Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday Learning, Moodle, TalentLMS, LearnUpon, Docebo, and Open edX. If you use something niche, send us a sample course package and we will confirm compatibility before you commit.
Can I see where students get stuck?
Yes. Every Premium Course Build and Enterprise engagement includes anonymised analytics from the AI tutor — what questions students ask, which lessons they revisit, where they pause or drop. You get a quarterly review report showing exactly which lessons need strengthening. This is the difference between a course you launch and a course you improve.
Can you produce multiple GTM marketing video variants for the same product?
Yes. The Content Retainer is built for this — 8 videos a month means you can run product launch variants by audience (founder vs. operator vs. end-user), market localisations, or campaign A/B tests, all in the same brand voice and same avatar. I need an HR onboarding course — what does that look like?
Typically a Course Module (4-6 lessons) covering values + first-week expectations + role-specific guidance + compliance basics. Each lesson includes a mini-quiz, a scoped AI tutor your new hire can ask anything about, and SCORM completion tracking so HR sees who finished what. Built in a week. If you have 3+ role types, a Premium Course Build with role-branching is the right scope.
Refund policy?
Full refund if no script is approved within 5 business days of the brief (i.e. we couldn't get to a script you're happy with). Once production starts, refunds aren't possible because the avatar render costs are real. We make this very clear up front.
