How do I know which service I need?
Start with a Strategy Session ($297) if you're unsure. If you're drowning in emails and meetings → AI Systems. If you're missing handbooks and policies → School Ops. For team training, the Half-Day Workshop is most popular. Not sure? Book a free call and we'll figure it out together.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use Google Docs, you can use what we build. I handle the technical setup and train you on everything.
What's the time commitment on my end?
2-3 hours per week during the engagement. These are "done with you" services — I build alongside you, not for you. That's how the systems actually stick.
What if I need both AI systems AND operational documents?
Many clients do. We can discuss a combined engagement that addresses both. Often there's overlap that makes the package more efficient.
What happens after we finish?
You own everything. I include complete documentation so you can maintain and evolve the systems yourself. Plus email support (7-30 days depending on package) for any questions that come up.
Do you work with schools outside of the IB system?
Yes. My experience is primarily IB, but the operational systems and AI workflows apply to any international school context — British, American, or local curriculum.
Can my school use PD budget for this?
Absolutely. The online course ($147), Strategy Sessions ($297), and all staff training options are perfect for PD budgets. For larger consulting engagements, many schools categorize it as professional development or operational consulting — I can provide documentation either way.
Do you travel for in-person training?
Yes. I'm based in Indonesia and travel throughout Asia, Middle East, and beyond. In-person pricing includes travel costs — I'll provide a specific quote based on your location.
